Remove
Remove the cross car beam. See

Disconnect the electrical wiring harness connector from the LH bleed
actuator.
Remove the bolts that attac

Remove the HVAC assembly. See

Disconnect the electrical harness from the intake actuator connector.

Install
Wipe up any spilled coolant
Caution: Spilled coolant can create an
electrical path.
O-rings in good condition
Make sure that the o-rings are not damaged and that they are properly
seated in the connector groove prior to inserting the tube into the power
conversion system. R
Coolant Pump - HV Battery - Install
Install
Remove and discard any o-rings or debris in the superbottle where the
coolant pump will install.
Make sure that new o-rings are installed onto the new coolant pump.
Lubricate the o-rings with Silaramic lubricant.
Position the outlet of the coolant pump in the up position, and insert
