Remove

  1. Remove the front fascia. See Remove.

Horn - Low Tone (Remove and Replace)

  1. Disconnect the harness from the low tone horn connector.

  1. Remove the bolt that attaches the horn to the carrier, and remove the horn from the vehicle. Torque 9 Nm

Install

Installation procedure is the reverse of removal, except for the following:

  1. Connect a laptop with Toolbox to the vehicle.
  2. In Toolbox, ensure "Actions" is selected then type "Horn" in the search field.
  3. Click the Play button next to "TEST-SELF_VCFRONT_X_HORN", and then select Run.
