Remove the rear underhood apron. See

Open the hood.
Release the clips (x12) that attach the rear underhood apron to the
vehicle, and then remove the apron from the vehicle.

Install the electrical harness into the vehicle.
Route the RH side of the electrical harness from the front body
controller module area, through the underhood storage unit area, and to the
RH wheel liner.
